Medfield Dormitory
This dormitory is located near the Medfield State Hospital. I’m not exactly sure what it was used for, but it was clear that it housed people with addictions. At the time I visited this structure, it was in the process of being torn down, so it’s most likely no more. I’m glad I was able to experience this place before it disappeared, as it proved to be a trove of urban decay treasures. Each and every room contained the personal histories of its occupants–in posters, letters and abandoned belongings. One of my favorite explorations to date.
